Dr. Ying Liu, new CTO at Norna.

Norna has appointed Dr Ying Liu as a new CTO. He holds a double PhD from, among others, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). Dr. Liu was previously head of AI and have background from research, where he developed a new generation AI models for climate changes.
